Founded in 2022, the company has raised $65M, grown to ~75 employees, and works closely with major health systems across the U.S. to improve access to care and operational efficiency through medical intelligence.

The mission is to solve complex healthcare challenges by building reliable, AI-driven software that delivers real impact for providers and patients.

Experience: 1–3 years in sales or business development (tech or software preferred)

Compensation: $60K – $70K base salary (OTE: $90K – $100K)

  • Research and identify target healthcare accounts, including IDNs, academic medical centers, and regional health systems
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers through outbound prospecting (email, phone, Linked In, industry events)
  • Generate qualified pipeline by scheduling meetings and creating opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives
  • Qualify inbound leads and maintain strong follow-up to advance prospects through the funnel
  • Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to build account plans and support deal progression
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure strong pipeline hygiene and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to tailor messaging and outreach
  • Represent the company’s mission and values in all interactions with prospective customers

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Interest in healthcare, AI, and enterprise technology
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time in San Francisco
