Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm partnering with a fast-growing AI company transforming the insurance industry with domain-specific AI assistants that automate underwriting, policy comparisons, and complex workflows. Backed by top-tier investors.

YOE: 3–5+ years of enterprise sales experience

Location: San Francisco, CA | 5 days onsite

Compensation: $150K – $225K base (OTE: $300K – $450K)

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Partner closely with SDRs and marketing to develop and nurture qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
  • Generate new ARR by closing enterprise flagship logos and driving revenue growth
  • Deliver market intelligence and voice-of-customer insights to inform GTM and product strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales closing experience as an Enterprise Account Executive
  • Strong track record of closing high-value enterprise deals and exceeding quota
  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology solutions preferred
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco (visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis)
