Position: Strategic / Enterprise Account Executive

Strategic / Enterprise Account Executive – San Francisco (On-Site)

I’m working closely with a high-growth AI infrastructure business based in San Francisco that’s scaling its commercial team following strong revenue momentum. They’re hiring a Strategic / Enterprise Account Executive to own complex, full-cycle deals and help shape the upmarket motion.

This is an on-site role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys selling into technical and commercial buying groups
, and wants real ownership rather than a heavily segmented sales process.

The Role
  • Full-cycle ownership of net-new Mid-Market and Enterprise deals
  • Consultative selling into technical stakeholders (engineering, data, platform) alongside GTM leadership
  • Navigate longer, multi-threaded sales cycles with high ACVs
  • Work closely with founders and senior leadership in a lean sales org
  • Contribute to how the enterprise motion evolves as the business scales
The Profile
  • Proven experience closing complex SaaS deals in Mid-Market or Enterprise environments
  • Comfortable selling to technical personas, not reliant on heavy SE support
  • Strong track record of quota over achievement and deal ownership
  • Thrives in ambiguity and early-stage scale environments
  • Based in San Francisco and open to being on-site, full-time
Compensation
  • OTE: $300k
  • Commission-based plan
  • Equity included
