Hiring:
Enterprise Account Executive | Early-Stage SaaS | San Francisco (In-Office)
We are currently partnered with a fast-growing early-stage B2B SaaS company in San Francisco that’s looking for an experienced Enterprise AE to join their team.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to sell a strong product, work closely with founders, and help build the sales function from the ground up.
What they’re looking for:- 5+ years of experience running full-cycle SaaS sales
- Strong track record of consistently exceeding quota
- Skilled at selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Strategic, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Based in or willing to work in-office in San Francisco
- A true ground-floor opportunity with real ownership
- Direct collaboration with founders and GTM leadership
- Competitive comp: base + commission + equity
- Office-based culture that values energy, speed, and learning
- $150,000 + Double OTE (total earnings=$300k) + Equity
