The Ethicon Associate Account Executive Will- Expand sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert partners’ products while complying with company policy and sales direction.
- Support the aligned area/region with all sales‑related activities and qualify for future Account Executive roles.
- Be trained to demonstrate proper product use to healthcare providers in operating rooms.
- Execute the selling cycle concisely, professionally, ethically, and effectively lead patients to action.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products.
- Manage customer product questions and objections consistently with sales training methodology.
- Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in training courses.
- Assist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in an operating room.
- Comply with safe behavior standards, product, procedure, and clinical knowledge, and conduct business according to J&J policies.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–2 years business experience.
- Ability to travel (overnight/weekend) and/or relocate as needed.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Established business planning and forecasting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business preferred.
- Experience selling in a new or changed sales channel.
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellence in process management and organizational agility.
- Documentation of successful sales performance.
- Ability to work in an operating room.

PayTransparency
Salary range: $55,000–$86,000. Eligible for an annual performance bonus and participation in company‑sponsored benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, business accident insurance, group legal insurance, 401(k), long‑term incentive program, and time‑off benefits (vacation up to 120 hours, sick time up to 40 hours, holiday pay, floating holidays up to 13 days, personal and family time up to 40 hours).
