What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage specific accounts within a designated territory, focusing on maximizing business with current customers and developing new accounts
  • Collaborate with key distributors to enhance distribution capabilities and manage costs effectively
  • Present new products and marketing campaigns to customers while conducting ongoing business planning reviews
  • Maintain an expert level of product knowledge and manage overall sample spending by territory
  • Participate in regional and national food shows, coordinating deadlines and requirements with the food show coordinator
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the specialty food sector
  • Established relationships within the specialty food sales field in the region
  • Proven track record of success in identifying, cultivating, and closing deals
  • Strong sales skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
