The New Client Coordinator is the high‑velocity "engine room" of the sales operation. Your mission is to ensure that no lead ever goes cold, be a key representative on behalf of our customers, and act as the elite front‑line that converts interested prospects into confirmed appointments for hundreds of local businesses.

You’ll Do

You aren't just an "answering service"; you are a sales specialist who owns the most critical moment in the customer journey: the first five minutes.

  • Master the "First Impression":
    Speed is your superpower. When a lead comes in from a website or an ad, you are calling and texting them immediately to catch them while their interest is highest.
  • Drive Local Business Growth:
    You don't just "check in"; you book business. You qualify what the customer needs and find the perfect time for them to meet with our client, filling their calendars with high‑value work.
  • Be the Strategic Front‑Line:
    You will learn the "rhythm" of different industries—knowing exactly how to talk to a homeowner with a leaky pipe versus a patient looking for a medical procedure.
  • Collaborate with Tech:
    You are a core part of our feedback loop. You work side‑by‑side with our Product and Engineering teams to tell them what customers are asking and how we can build better agents to handle these conversations.
  • Owner Liaison:
    You make our clients look like heroes. You ensure the business owner has clean, accurate notes so they walk into every appointment fully prepared to close the deal.
