Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and users, explaining products or services, and promoting brand visibility through field marketing activities. Daily tasks include lead generation, customer interaction, consultation, and providing education about innovative blockchain or AI solutions.

The specialist will also manage sales operations to achieve targeted objectives and contribute to team success through collaboration and effective communication.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships and confidently present information
  • Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation, including prospecting, identifying opportunities, and closing deals
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including monitoring sales activities, maintaining records, and achieving KPIs
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge or interest in blockchain and AI technologies is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and a results‑driven approach to work
