, a growth-stage NYC‑based Fin Tech company that is reinventing rent payment. Flex enables tenants to pay rent on a schedule that fits their finances, empowering renters with flexibility over a significant recurring expense.
As our sales organization expands, we need a dedicated SDR to build pipelines for property management companies. The role focuses primarily on outbound prospecting—calling and emailing prospects—while also following up on inbound leads.
What You'll Do- Drive revenue and market share within the rental real‑estate market.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline in the CRM.
- Tailor prospecting approaches for different personas.
- Establish relationships with senior executives and decision makers through outbound efforts.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads.
- Educate prospective customers on the value of Flex.
- Handle ad‑hoc projects and initiatives for the sales organization.
- Collaborate with the Accounts team to build strategic adoption plans for new customers.
- 2+ years of professional experience in sales development or related roles.
- Consistent track record of quota attainment.
- Strong ability to build relationships with middle management and ownership quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑moving environment.
- Skilled at phone, email, and social‑media prospecting.
- Self‑starter, hungry for success, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Commission‑earning role with an on‑target earnings (OTE) range of $65,000‑$80,000, commensurate with experience and internal leveling guidelines.

Hybrid position requiring three days on‑site weekly at one of our New York, Bay Area, or Salt Lake City headquarters. Relocation assistance may be available.
