Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Identify business opportunities and demonstrate how cinema advertising aligns with client marketing strategies
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers for assigned client accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to create custom marketing solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to adapt strategies for growth
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in advertising sales or media sales
  • Proven ability to develop long-lasting relationships with clients at all levels
  • Advanced presentation skills, both in-person and through various communication channels
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital sales is a plus
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively
  • Experience with media research and analytics
