Your Role Hustle for New Business
  • Research and discover new leads using digital tools and market insights
  • Make those cold calls, send emails, and drop by for in-person visits to connect with potential clients
  • Be a road warrior, covering clients and projects in the Nor Cal region and support the entire state
  • Deliver engaging sales pitches of our proprietary offerings that turn prospects into clients
  • Keep track of leads and follow-ups using our CRM tools
Build Strong Relationships
  • Nurture long-term connections with new and existing clients
  • Show off your product knowledge with hands‑on demos that meet client needs
  • Provide stellar customer service and technical expertise to keep clients happy
  • Collaborate with the wider HYTORC team to support key accounts — we’re big on team mentality here
What We’re Looking For
  • Based in Northern California, or ready to relocate
  • A go‑getter with a solid background in industrial sales or similar fields (think energy, oil & gas or transportation)
  • Strong networking and relationship‑building skills—you're a people person
  • A results‑driven mindset, ready to hit and exceed sales goals
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, you’re in charge of your schedule
  • Willingness to travel across the Nor Cal region—expect to spend a good chunk of your day on the road!
