What We Are Looking For We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and customer-focused Enterprise Account Executive to help us bring our AI solutions to market, drive revenue, and build deep, long-term customer relationships. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving team shaping the future of AI.
Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and expanding accounts.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven forecasting.
- Understand customer pain points, needs, and workflows — then tailor AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct demos, present proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Educate and evangelize the value of AI and automation across industries.
- Gather customer insights to influence product roadmap and market strategy.
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to technical, enterprise audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills — able to articulate the “why” behind complex technology.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms.
- High emotional intelligence and comfort building relationships with senior stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, etc.).
- Interest in or familiarity with AI, machine learning, or automation technologies.
- Self-starter mentality — thrives in fast-changing, high-ownership environments.
Compensation
The annualized OTE (On Target Earnings) range for this position is $250,000 - $300,000+ with a pay mix of 50/50 (base/commission). Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Equity In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
