Role Overview

As an Account Manager – Expansion Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within GTreasury’s existing customer base across North America and APAC. This role focuses on upselling and cross‑selling GTreasury’s suite of solutions—including Cash Forecasting, Reconciliation, and future‑state modules—while leveraging Ripple’s innovative payment infrastructure to deliver unmatched value to clients. You will manage a defined territory, build strategic relationships, and execute expansion strategies that align with GTreasury’s and Ripple’s combined vision for transforming global finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined book of existing accounts in North America and APAC.
  • Prioritize accounts based on growth potential and strategic importance.
  • Drive upsell opportunities for GTreasury’s solutions and Ripple‑enabled offerings.
  • Identify and execute cross‑sell strategies to introduce complementary products.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across finance and treasury departments.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align on evolving needs.
  • Develop deep knowledge of GTreasury’s platform and Ripple’s payment capabilities.
  • Articulate the combined value proposition to solve customer pain points.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities and accurately forecast revenue.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline visibility and reporting.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with Expansion Account Executives and Contract Managers for smooth handoffs.
  • Provide insights to Product and Marketing teams based on customer feedback and market trends.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in account management or SaaS sales, preferably in fintech or treasury management.
  • Proven track record of upselling and cross‑selling within an existing customer base.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including cash forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
