About the RoleBack Ops is seeking a Sales Account Executive with 3–5 years of experience selling SaaS or automation technology into enterprise environments. Candidates should have a strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals. Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a significant plus.
Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, and partner channels.
- Conduct structured discovery to identify operational pain points and automation opportunities.
- Coordinate internal resources (solutions engineering, product, and leadership) to drive deals forward.
- Develop business cases, ROI models, and clear success criteria for pilots and expansions.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder environments across operations, IT, finance, and customer service.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Represent Back Ops at relevant industry events and customer sessions.
- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership based on customer insights.
- 3–5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles with mid-six to seven-figure deal sizes.
- Familiarity with enterprise operational workflows; supply chain or logistics experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience selling AI, automation, or workflow platforms preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
- High attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and process discipline.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
