This role is designed for professionals who enjoy client-facing, consultative work , value autonomy, and want to represent a premium brand — without cold calling or high-pressure sales tactics.

- W-2 employee with benefits (not a contractor role)
- Average first-year earnings: $120K+
- Top performers earn $185K–$200K+
- Average 2 high-quality appointments per day
- Only 2 Saturdays per month
- Territories planned to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary driving
- Mileage, parking, and toll reimbursement
- Company iPhone, laptop, and professional design sample kit
- Meet clients in their homes for scheduled design consultations
- Assess needs, take measurements, and recommend custom solutions
- Guide homeowners through thoughtful, design-driven decisions
- Manage your appointments with strong operational and installation support
- Deliver a polished experience from initial visit through installation
This is a relationship-driven, professional role — not transactional sales.
