- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, including architects, contractors, subcontractors, and construction companies through primary/secondary research and digital platforms such as Linked In, Zoom Info, and others.
- Engaging qualified leads, understanding client needs, conducting detailed discussions, and presenting tailored proposals to drive closures.
- Managing the complete sales lifecycle—from initial outreach and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiations, and contract finalization with a focus on high conversion rates.
- Collaborating with design, pre‑sales, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and alignment with client expectations.
