Responsible for managing the overall global strategy, success, and the business relationships with the key account LAM Research.
Candidate must sit in the Bay Area of California.

Additional requirements include experience in the vacuum technology industry, in depth knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment market, as well as the ability to stay abreast of changes in the Semiconductor market.
Necessary interpersonal skills include being a self-starter, motivated, creative, flexible, self-confident, deadline oriented and able to multi-task.
Establishes a network and schedule of sales calls to customer locations. Meets with key decision makers at customer locations. Prepare quotes and closes on sales by obtaining proper customer approval, price, terms, and delivery schedules. Forecast sales volume for assigned key accounts and meets established sales quota. Provide regular updates of activity and prospects to management.
Effective managerial skills including listening, training, performance evaluation and modification, coaching/mentoring and career development are required.
Employees must follow all quality and safety procedures of the company, including those at customer sites if applicable, and must abide by the corporate Code of Conduct in all situations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
• Manages subordinates’ work following established company policies and procedures for the support of key accounts and customer expectations.
• Manages subordinates’ activities in relation to the key account and customer needs.
• Leads the Key Account Managers in relation to the key account in the different regions, align goals, create a team spirit as the account team, and has the capacity to understand and work with the different cultures from the different countries around the globe.
• Promotes employee morale, competencies, and team-oriented behavior essential to accomplishing requirements
Duties
• Responsible for managing the overall business relationship and the global sales strategy with the assigned global key account. Works closely with management, engineering, factory marketing and materials professionals throughout both the customers’ and our organization.
• Defines the account strategy, budget, resources requirement, goals, and priorities globally.
• Aligns global pricing contract and commercial terms. Communicates information globally in a timely manner.
• Identifies business opportunities and key decision makers at the customer(s); develops account strategies; prepares and makes sales presentations; participates in technical meetings utilizing internal resources; negotiates contracts and manages joint technical projects.
• Reviews customer requirements and presents company products that will fill those needs. Ensures that our company products are specified in customer(s) equipment. Works closely and in partnership with our factories and product development to communicate customer(s)’ needs and requirements.
• Coordinates new product introductions. Arranges for product demonstrations, plant tours, training events and other activities that promote understanding of company products to customers.
• Prepares regular progress reports and ensures that data is accurately entered into the company CRM system in a timely and thorough manner.
