Outside Sales Representative

Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of semi-automatic mobile pallet strapping systems, with over 16,000 systems operating across 65 countries. Their equipment is trusted by global brands such as Tesla, Samsung, Hello Fresh, and many others.

Due to continued growth in the U.S., they are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to develop and close new business across Northern California, Northern Nevada, and Idaho
. This is a field-based role with significant autonomy, strong earning potential, and long-term career growth.

• Total Compensation Range: $80K–$100K+ (Uncapped Commission)
• Six-figure potential by selling ~50 machines annually
• Fixed commission per system sold ($950–$1,150 per unit, ~4–4.5% of sales value)
• Additional incentives for chargeable field services
• Year 2+ earning potential consistently $100K+

• Territory includes Northern California, Northern Nevada, and Idaho
• Primarily car travel (lots of windshield time in a company van)
• Occasional air travel when demos require shipping the machine and flying in
• Live within one of the following regions:
• Bay Area (San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland / East Bay)

• Approximately 60 days of hands-on training before running demos independently
• Minimal commission in the first ~120 days while training and pipeline build
• Commissions paid upon customer payment (50% down / 50% net 15)

• 2+ years of outside or field sales experience
• Background in industrial, warehouse, material handling, or capital equipment sales strongly preferred
• Comfortable with travel, demos, and managing a large geographic territory
