Business Development Representative

Overview

Golden Gate Generations is hiring Business Development Representatives to support the expansion of our client campaigns. This role is designed for individuals who are interested in developing strong communication, sales, and leadership skills in a professional environment. You will be working directly with customers in retail locations, representing nationally recognized brands and helping drive new account growth.

As a Business Development Representative, you will engage customers, explain current offers, assess their needs, and assist them in setting up or modifying their services. You will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, maintaining accurate information, and meeting daily performance goals. You will also be trained in how to analyze results, support team growth, and eventually mentor new hires.

Candidates must be 18 or older and available full-time. We are looking for individuals who are professional, dependable, and open to coaching. No previous sales or marketing experience is required, as full training is provided. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into leadership are important.

Pay for this role ranges from $19.20 to $26 per hour, paid weekly, with bonuses and commissions based on performance. We also provide mileage compensation, partial cell phone reimbursement, and employee discounts.
