Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in prospecting and generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients and provide them with information about our services.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Prepare and send sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the freelance industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
