In-Person Sales Development Representative

Job Description

The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, is seeking an In-Person Sales Development Representative for a prominent client. This position is remote with heavy travel.

• Pay: $23.10/hr
• 5 ½ month assignment
• Position will visit a high volume of restaurant prospects in your assigned territory each week to introduce and secure qualified meetings for the Outside Sales team
• Position will also identify restaurant owners or key decision makers and build trust through concise, in-person conversations, as well as accurately log all visits, conversations, and outcomes in Salesforce and other sales tools with strong attention to detail
• Position will deliver a compelling pitch on how the company helps restaurants grow orders, reach new customers, and optimize operations

• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, canvassing, field marketing, or other customer facing work
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
• Experience in restaurant, food, beverage, or local business preferred
• Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRMs preferred
• Willingness to work restaurant friendly hours when needed, including some early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends
