ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Book Ownership
Own a personal book of business with full commercial accountability.
Grow ARR/MRR via:
New merchant acquisition (forex, gambling, and other high-risk industries, along with e-commerce);
Volume expansion across your book of business;
Responsible for revenue targets.
Actively prospect and close new high-risk merchants (warm & cold leads).
Run deals end-to-end:
Discovery → commercial proposal → onboarding with the help of enablement officer → go-live.
Grow existing clients.
Maintain direct client relationships.
Negotiate all the deal conditions.
Work closely with:
Solution Engineers/Enablement officers;
Compliance/legal/finance/back office teams;
Ensure fast go-live.
Perfect English.
Proven experience in payments:
Crypto payments, PSPs, EMIs, or high-risk acquiring;
Track record of:
Closing deals;
Growing revenue;
Owning client relationships long-term;
Strong understanding of:
High-risk merchant underwriting;
Crypto-fiat rails and on/off-ramps;
Hands-on, fast, commercially aggressive;
