From estheticians to photographers, we help creators showcase their services, manage bookings, and reach the right clients — without the administrative overload. Our mission is to give professionals more time to focus on what they do best: helping clients feel confident, cared for, and seen.

Vishmo is hiring a highly persuasive, bilingual Sales Closer who can start conversations from scratch, handle unexpected questions with confidence, and follow up consistently until the deal is closed. This role includes a mix of outbound outreach and light cold calling, along with inbound leads.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate conversations with new leads, including some cold calling
  • Close deals in both English and Spanish
  • Confidently handle objections and curveball questions
  • Run consistent follow-ups via calls, texts, and messages until closure
  • Clearly explain value, pricing, and next steps
  • Own the deal end-to-end, from first touch to close
What we need
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong persuasion and closing skills
  • Comfort with outbound outreach and rejection
  • Excellent communication — confidence and clarity are critical
  • Ability to self-manage and stay reliable in a remote environment
Strong advantages (not required, but a big plus)
  • Background in beauty, wellness, spa, salon, or fitness
  • Prior exposure to booking or scheduling systems (marketplaces, calendars, POS, or appointment tools)
  • Experience selling to independent service providers
