Location: San Francisco (Full time, On-site, 12 hour days)

Now hiring their first wave of Founding AEs - looking for people hungry to close deals, build a serious book of business and grow alongside a company transforming a $1T industry

What you’ll be doing
  • Close quotes: Pitch insurance packages, handle objections and drive deals across the line
  • Manage your pipeline: Track opportunities, follow up relentlessly and keep deals moving
  • Leverage AI support: Use AI to automate the grunt work so you can maximize time with clients
  • Hit metrics: Weekly premium targets, quote-to-bind rate and pipeline velocity
What they’re looking for
  • Proven closer - you’ve personally closed deals and can point to real revenue you’ve owned
  • Systems + AI driven - you use AI and process to increase velocity, not just brute-force activity
  • High ownership operator - you take full responsibility for outcomes in fast-changing environments
  • Fast learner - you ramp quickly in complex products
