Client Engagement Executive - San Francisco Bay Area at Baires Dev
What You’ll Do- Address incoming leads with speed and professionalism to maximize conversion potential.
- Generate new sales opportunities via outbound calling, email campaigns, professional networking, and social platform engagement.
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients during both virtual meetings and on-site visits.
- Develop comprehensive sales reports and financial analyses on a regular basis.
- Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with both new prospects and current clients.
Mandatory:
- At least 5 years of B2B field sales experience working with US-based companies.
- Demonstrated track record of securing contracts and cultivating lasting client partnerships.
- Strong background in business development, including cold outreach and deal closure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategies and negotiation methodologies.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Background in selling staff augmentation solutions (domestic or international).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle terminology, methodologies, and team structures.
- Previous employment with organizations providing software development outsourcing services.
- Comfort working in distributed team environments.
- Understanding of Latin American software outsourcing markets.
- Current and applicable experience leading sales teams.
- Work-from-home hardware setup.
