Client Engagement Executive - San Francisco Bay Area at Baires Dev

What You’ll Do
  • Address incoming leads with speed and professionalism to maximize conversion potential.
  • Generate new sales opportunities via outbound calling, email campaigns, professional networking, and social platform engagement.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients during both virtual meetings and on-site visits.
  • Develop comprehensive sales reports and financial analyses on a regular basis.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with both new prospects and current clients.
What we are looking for

Mandatory:

  • At least 5 years of B2B field sales experience working with US-based companies.
  • Demonstrated track record of securing contracts and cultivating lasting client partnerships.
  • Strong background in business development, including cold outreach and deal closure.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategies and negotiation methodologies.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Background in selling staff augmentation solutions (domestic or international).
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle terminology, methodologies, and team structures.
  • Previous employment with organizations providing software development outsourcing services.
  • Comfort working in distributed team environments.
  • Understanding of Latin American software outsourcing markets.
  • Current and applicable experience leading sales teams.
