Enterprise Account Executive
Reports to: SVP of Sales
Supports: New enterprise customer acquisition and account growth
Evolv AI is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Go-To-Market team and deliver world-class solutions to our global client base. Through AI-driven experimentation, personalization, and advanced marketing technology, we enable our customers to continuously find better ways to connect with their users and achieve a better ROI.
The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on driving new customer acquisition through a land and expand sales model via strategic and consultative selling. This role is dedicated to identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities within enterprise accounts, leveraging a deep understanding of Evolv AI's solutions to align with customer needs. By navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships with senior stakeholders, the Enterprise Account Executive will play a critical role in achieving revenue targets and driving Evolv AI's growth in the enterprise market.
Job Scope:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to secure new clients through direct sales pitches, effective networking, and targeted industry events. Focus on leveraging a land-and-expand sales model for sustained growth.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with proficiency, engaging key decision-makers and stakeholders within the enterprise sector. Use your expertise in A/B testing, digital experience optimization, and analytics to align Evolv AI's solutions with customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise accounts, utilizing your established professional network to accelerate sales cycles and drive business growth. Inspire confidence and enthusiasm for Evolv AI's mission, fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to strategic goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to tailor offerings that meet the dynamic needs of clients. Treat your territory as your own business, taking full ownership of outcomes and collaborating across functions to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities, consistently striving to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Execute with precision and integrity, prioritizing long-term success over short-term gains and always putting the customer's success at the forefront of your efforts.
- Plan, forecast, and execute sales strategies with precision, continuously assessing and responding to market conditions and client feedback. Drive your own success through meticulous management of your sales territory and relentless pursuit of exceeding expectations
- Minimum 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
- Experience selling A/B testing, digital experience optimization, or adjacent solutions such as web analytics, behavioral analytics, or related martech tools.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding $1M+ in recurring revenue or equivalent quota in past positions.
- Strong background with eCommerce and digital experience, within a high-volume digital business, particularly in verticals such as travel and transportation, telecommunications, and retail eCommerce.
- Fluent or conversant in conversion rate optimization, behavioral analytics, or related domains to effectively influence senior decision-makers.
- Experience selling business value at the C-level, with a history of success working with CMOs, Heads of Innovation, Product, or Optimization.
- Experience working with or selling against solutions such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymizer, or other A/B testing and optimization platforms.
