We’re supporting an early-stage AI start-up transforming how freight, logistics, and supply chain companies operate. They’re automating workflows that are still painfully manual across one of the biggest, most outdated industries in the world.
They’re backed by serious operators, growing fast, and building in-person in San Francisco.
The priority hire for them is a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
This is not a checkbox role.
This is a build-from-zero, learn fast, earn fast opportunity.
The role
As an SDR, your job is simple in theory and hard in practice:
- Own outbound from day one (email, calls, Linked In)
- Book high-quality meetings with shippers, carriers, and logistics operators
- Learn the product, the industry, and the sales craft at speed
- Work directly with the founders and Head of Sales
- Get coached daily and level up quickly
If you do well here, you will move fast.
Promotions are based on output, not tenure.
What we’re looking for
We care far more about attitude than experience.
You might be a recent graduate.
You might be in hospitality, retail, sport, or another high-effort role.
You might be trying to break into tech sales for the first time.
What matters is that you:
- Genuinely want to help build a billion-dollar AI company
- Are hungry, competitive, and willing to outwork people around you
- Are comfortable with rejection and repetition
- Learn quickly and apply feedback immediately
- Take pride in effort, not just outcomes
Sales experience is not required.
