About the role:
Snappr is looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to help grow our enterprise customer base. In this role, you’ll focus on creating and qualifying opportunities with large organizations through high-volume outbound outreach and targeted account-based motions . You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build pipeline, test new outbound strategies, and ensure clean, reliable data across our sales tools.
What you’ll do:- Generate and qualify enterprise pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, and Linked In).
- Build and execute full-funnel, account-based motions—from lead generation and enrichment through lead scoring and routing to sales
- Collaborate with marketing on paid ads targeting and campaigns to support enterprise ABM efforts
- Design and run new outbound sprints and sequences, consistently generating a significant portion of your pipeline from these initiatives
- Quickly adapt to new sales tools to improve prospecting efficiency and data quality
- Maintain clean, accurate records and workflows across the sales stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Rollworks, Apollo, Unify, Zopto, RB2B, Zapier, and Zapier-based automations)
- Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B SDR/BDR or outbound sales role (enterprise experience a plus)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and hitting activity and pipeline targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
