Enterprise Account Executive – Transcend

What you’ll do
  • Target and qualify high‑value accounts across industries such as financial services, healthcare, and retail.
  • Develop strategic account plans and deep relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Generate pipeline and drive complex sales cycles, leveraging cross‑functional teams.
  • Build business cases and ROI models to close deals in line with Transcend’s pricing strategy.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and lead custom demos with SEs.
Who you are – Must have
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals in large enterprise accounts.
  • Deep expertise in targeted industries and ability to align Transcend’s solutions.
  • Strategic thinker who builds and executes account plans and delivers customer success.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification frameworks.
Who you are – Should have
  • Detail‑oriented analytical skills for synthesizing complex information.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator who builds compelling business cases.
  • Cross‑functional collaborator with experience working with Sales, Marketing, Product, SEs, and Customer Success.
  • Self‑starter capable of managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
Compensation

Variable Sales Incentive Compensation. On‑Target Earnings (OTE) includes base salary plus variable incentive. OTE projection for this role is $250,000–$300,000 USD for Tier 1 labor markets.
