Outside Sales Representative​/Software

Employer Industry: Payments Technology

• Base salary of $40,000 with annual on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000+
• Additional residual income based on sales performance
• Monthly and quarterly bonuses for exceeding sales goals

• Close sales and help businesses enhance their operations with top‑notch payment solutions
• Collaborate with the District Manager to set up key appointments and maximize sales potential
• Network to build referral partnerships and generate leads
• Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners to demonstrate product capabilities
• Understand and address the specific needs of business owners to provide tailored solutions

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required for regular client site visits
• Ability to work in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
• Background check and completion of mandatory drug screening after a conditional offer of employment
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the payments industry
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to integrity
