The Opportunity

As one of Hint’s highly motivated and results driven Account Executives (AE), you play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base. You’ll partner with independent clinicians and healthcare leaders to understand their goals, simplify operations, and help them succeed with the Direct Primary Care model . You’ll run the full sales cycle, blending curiosity and consultative selling with high activity and precision execution.

You’ll work across inbound, outbound, and partner channels, collaborating closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape strategy, messaging, and process improvements. What You’ll Do
  • Own the entire sales cycle - from outreach and discovery to demo, value discussions, and close
  • Drive new business through strategic outbound and timely inbound follow‑up
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with independent practices and healthcare leaders
  • Lead thoughtful, consultative demos that highlight ROI and real‑world impact
  • Maintain an organized, accurate pipeline in Hub Spot with clear next steps
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Network, and Customer Success to create a seamless buyer journey
  • Continuously learn, test, and refine - helping evolve our playbook as we scale
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals with consistency and integrity
Must have:
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience tied to revenue goals
  • Proven record of quota attainment or measurable performance success
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and sell a comprehensive, evolving product suite
  • High emotional intelligence and customer empathy
  • Curiosity about how AI‑led tools can elevate your sales craft
  • Desire to contribute to team and process improvements beyond your quota

  • Willingness to travel for conferences and customer meetings
Highly desired:
  • Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, Direct Primary Care (DPC), and Direct Care models
  • Experience handling high lead volume and multi‑threaded opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and a self‑starter mindset
  • Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRMs
  • Collaborative by nature - you lift others and welcome feedback
