Molecular Diagnostics Sales Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales person to join a growing team in the diagnostics sector. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our clients' client base within a designated territory, focusing on building strong relationships and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, with a deep understanding of what it takes to truly be successful in sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and industry partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and a competitive spirit.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in territory management and strategic account planning.
