Compensation$250 OTE + Equity

- Strong product adoption with tens of thousands of active users
- Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Enterprise accounts, driving net-new business and expansions
- Lead consultative, technical/product-focused conversations with developer teams and decision-makers
- Strategically manage multiple accounts and multi-threaded opportunities
- Hit and exceed quotas
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, selling to Mid-Enterprise customers
- Strong expertise in value selling, structured sales processes, and pipeline generation
- Comfortable engaging in technical conversations with developer-focused teams (Dev Ops experience a plus)
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
- 3 days on site in the SF or Boston office
