You're an early riser who loves being part of a team that starts the day strong. You're outgoing, reliable, and naturally enthusiastic. You believe that sales isnt just about numbers its about creating moments, building trust, and helping people feel like champions before they even step into the ring.
- Drive studio sales
by converting first-time guests into loyal members - Deliver an exceptional guest experience
from first impression to farewell - Support front desk operations
, including check-ins, product sales, and studio upkeep - Educate clients
on memberships, packages, and retail products with confidence and authenticity - Collaborate with instructors and the studio team
to maintain a clean, safe, and electric environment - Live the brand embody Rumbles energy, values, and commitment to fitness and fun
- Availability for
early morning shifts (5:30 AM 11:30 AM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) - Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or fitness preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with face-to-face and phone-based sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others reach their goals
- Competitive hourly pay ($19 $ 21)
