Our 6-week training program will help you gain knowledge related to saddle fitting, leather, horse biomechanics, and sales.

Outside Sales Representative covering Northern California

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior successful field sales experience
• A passion for working with horses and knowledge of the English riding industry
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• A reliable, organized, and independent go-getter with a clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
• Represent CWD at horse shows
• Create a unique customer experience through your expertise and service
• Be a brand ambassador for CWD

Salary potential:

• Year 1:
  Up to $55K
• Year 2: $65K-$85K
• Year 3: $75K-$125K
