Receive 100 new customers each year from Redfin, in addition to helping clients already in your sphere or book of business. - Technology:

Dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and team of showing agents; inside sales team qualifies opportunities and books directly on your calendar.

This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Commissions are expected to range from $30,000 to $1,250,000. On average, agents make $165,000, but there is uncapped potential.
