Engineers spend too much time reacting, chasing alerts, switching tools, and handling repetitive operational work. Our client is building an AI‑powered operations teammate that diagnoses issues across complex systems so engineers can focus on building, not firefighting.
The product works. Early customers see value fast, pilots convert, and traction is real. What’s missing is a repeatable marketing engine to turn momentum into qualified pipeline. That’s the mandate for this role.
You’ll build and own demand generation end to end – programs, channels, infrastructure, and eventually a small team. You’ll work closely with founders, sales, and product marketing to turn a strong technical story into campaigns that ship and drive revenue.

What You’ll Do- Own pipeline‑focused demand gen across content, events, community, partnerships, and targeted outbound
- Translate technical messaging into campaigns that convert
- Partner with sales on ICP, qualification, and handoff
- Own the marketing stack, metrics, and attribution
- Execute hands‑on first, then hire and scale
- Technically fluent and credible with platform or infrastructure engineers
- Experience building demand gen at an early‑stage B2B company selling to engineers
- Scrappy, fast‑moving, and comfortable without a playbook
- Confident owning a pipeline number
The product is proven. This role builds the engine that scales it.
