aiRaiz is an AI‑powered SaaS platform transforming how startups and alternative investment fund managers raise capital. We connect founders, GPs, and deal sponsors to a deep network of family offices, pension funds, and institutional investors through a smart, automated marketplace built for modern capital raising.

We’re in our second year of fast growth and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Executive who thrives on hustle, ownership, and results. You’ll work directly with leadership to bring high‑potential startups onto the platform, close large subscription deals, and collaborate with our capital raising team to onboard clients successfully.

This role is ideal for someone who’s motivated by big goals, bigger rewards, and the freedom to make things happen. With 10% uncapped commission, meaningful equity, and large deal sizes, your earnings truly reflect your hustle and performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage startup fund managers (GPS) and founders through impactful sales calls and demos.
  • Drive the full sales process—prospecting, presenting, closing, and onboarding new clients.
  • Partner with the capital raising team to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client success.
  • Identify opportunities to refine outreach, messaging, and processes that boost results.
  • Be proactive, think creatively, and take ownership of growth—your input will shape how aiRaiz scales.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B sales within SaaS, finance, or capital markets.
  • Natural closer with strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Startup mentality: resourceful, persistent, and motivated to outperform expectations.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment where hustle equals results.
Bonus Points
  • Experience selling SaaS products or financial technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, or investor relations.
  • Fluency in a second language.
Compensation & Culture
