About Bridge

We’re creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stable coins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stable coins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster / cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat‑only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to easily access, store and spend US dollars.

Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this future forward.

We have a small team of people who have previously built financial infrastructure at some of the world’s leading companies (Coinbase, Stripe, Square, Brex, Upstart, Door Dash, Airbnb) and each and every one of them chose Bridge because they fundamentally believe that stable coins will be a critical piece of financial infrastructure that allows for the improvement of global money movement.

What You’ll Do

As an early member of the Sales Development team at Bridge, you will be responsible for shaping all aspects of the experience for developers entering into first contact with Bridge. Your key mission is to quickly react to inbound inquiries, to understand the customer’s business and challenges, and to identify the overlap with Bridge solutions to help them grow their business.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly follow up on inbound leads to qualify them as sales opportunities, advancing solid leads through the funnel to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to research and develop outreach materials for high‑value prospects.
  • Build relationships with prospects to effectively uncover needs through discovery, qualifying interest and viability for a seamless hand‑off to sales.
  • Manage lead lists, exceed service level agreements, consistently update activities and contact information within the CRM, and assist with weekly reporting.
  • Offer ongoing feedback and insights to the go‑to‑market (GTM) team to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years in client‑facing roles including sales, account management or solutions consulting.
  • Strong preference for experience in an API based business and in payments, fintech or crypto.
  • Outstanding communicator, able to quickly address discovery questions to identify the customer’s needs and converge on actionable next steps.
  • Demonstrated motivation to succeed, to be willing to challenge customers in the discovery process, and to aggressively pursue the opportunities where Bridge can have a positive impact on the customer’s business.
  • Self‑directed, well organized and exceptional communication skills. You own your success within the organization.
Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $74,400 – $111,600. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Bridge and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.

In‑office expectations

Bridge expects employees to spend at least 50% of the time in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. Some locations may have higher in‑office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss.
