Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time role for a Sales Specialist in Retail located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, demonstrating product features and benefits, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and attracting new customers. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Experience with retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising
- Familiar with C-Store & Fuel Retail & Hypermarket operation is a plus
- Proficiency in negotiation, relationship-building, and upselling strategies
- Team collaboration skills and a customer-centric approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals effectively
- Prior experience in the technology or robotics industry is a plus
