Trade Marketing & Retail Operations Contractor Overview

We are looking for a highly organized trade marketing contractor to support retail execution across wholesale and marketplace partners.

The contractor will manage retailer forms, asset delivery, launch timelines, visual merchandising updates, and documentation—ensuring retail initiatives are implemented accurately and on time.

• Complete and submit retailer product setup forms.
• Coordinate asset submissions for retail partners (imagery, copy, A+ content, storefront updates).
• Support execution of product launches across retail and marketplace channels.
• Coordinate visual merchandising asset delivery and retailer-specific marketing materials.
• Assist with digital storefront updates (Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, retail dotcom platforms).

• Maintain retail launch timelines and submission calendars.
• Track key retailer deadlines and ensure required materials are delivered on time.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Creative, Sales, Ops) to keep launches on schedule.

• Maintain assortment documents and SKU trackers.
• Organize and update shared retailer asset folders for version control.
• Ensure required documentation is complete, current, and accessible.
• Track retailer requirements and flag missing materials.

• Help build and maintain tracking sheets for retail initiatives.
• Document repeatable workflows to streamline future retail execution.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

• 2–5 years experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or eCommerce operations.
• Experience supporting wholesale accounts, department stores, or Sephora preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or Tik Tok Shop is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently with clear deliverables.
• Calm in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines.
