Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member of the Charlotte Tilbury Makeup Artist team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will be teaching customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned in over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands.
You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and be part of building an amazing beauty business.
The Freelance Makeup Artist role is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store. Always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, the Freelance Makeup Artist drives business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. The role reflects the brand values and customer base, with responsibilities including achieving sales targets through creating an exceptional experience and exemplary service.
This role requires passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy along with a personalized shopping experience.
Main Duties:
- Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
- Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
- Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
- Show a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues.
- Maintain open, positive communication, professionalism, and creativity at all times.
- Ensure the counter/gondola is ready for customers from open to close.
- Maintain high standards of counter hygiene, cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts, rotation, and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement, communicating with the Sales and Artistry Executive.
- Assist in executing events.
- Maintain communication with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns.
- Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submitting timesheets accurately.
