About the RoleThis role supports both Men's & Women's teams with seasonal floor sets by delivering best in class visual merchandising presentations that align to our brands vision, while supporting financial goals. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, ability to multitask with balancing time sensitive deadlines, as well as a love for fashion and a drive for creating seasonal sets that inspire our customers.
Candidates also need to be self-driven and highly resourceful.
- Create & adapt compelling In-Store seasonal presentations to ensure we are relevant in the competitive landscape and continue to push the brand forward (i.e., gathering inspiration for product launches and/or refreshing core businesses).
- Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships with merchant business partners to gain information, make smart business decisions, and manage seasonal assortment changes.
- Support in-season management strategies based on outcomes from weekly business meetings.
- Participates in-store work-throughs to share knowledge and build skillset with store teams.
- Participate in the seasonal Product Adoption process.
- Prepare, process, and organize all apparel samples for visual merchandising set-ups, windows & in-store styling.
- Partner with merchant assistants to track missing and delayed samples for monthly visual merchandising set-ups.
- Support maintenance and organization of all samples by back stocking, purging, and cleaning on an ongoing basis.
- Support seasonal guides by documenting placement of programs and styles within collections and on styled looks, including dressing forms.
- Partner with men's & women's leads in creating adaptations of monthly apparel presentations.
- Product obsessed visual merchandiser with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in fashion retail.
- Strong fashion sense with impeccable taste level and the ability to incorporate new trends into visual projects.
- Highly creative critical thinker and problem solver who is familiar with developing smart solutions.
- Organization, superior time management, and the ability to work independently, and multitask multiple projects and seasons concurrently.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and uses persuasive skillset to influence decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enjoy a fast-paced working environment
- Preferred computer skills required - MS Office.
- Keen eye and meticulous about details.
- Ability to take positive and complex feedback and work through ambiguity with a sense of urgency.
- Be able to climb 12 ft. tall ladders and lift minimum of 50 lbs.

Salary Range: $70,600 - $88,300 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
