Survey Merchandiser is hiring a Travel Reset Merchandiser to work 3 hours per store paying $25/hr + $50 Completion BONUS per day in South San Francisco, CA.You will use Survey's app to document your work.
The role requires planogram (POG) and reset experience, as you'll be responsible for organizing store shelves according to a specific layout. You will use Survey's app to document your work.
Schedule & Hours:
- Reset start date:
January 22nd - Start Time window 4:00am or 6:00 am
- Duration: 2-3 hr shift
- Check in with the Manager to review the merchandising objective.
- Locate Frito-Lay Backstock and work on U Carts.
- Ensure Shelf tags are replaced if missing.
- Pack out Frito Lay items in the Salty Snack Aisle.
- Merchandised after the salty snack aisle. Endcap, 4-sided display, check lane, etc. Pack out Frito-Lay items on the Perimeter displays.
- KDs (Knock Down Boxes) by following color coding and organizing backstock.
- Take Before/ After Photos of Salty Snack aisle & displays. Review your work with the Manager on Duty and coordinate timing for your next visit.
- .Reporting: Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP
- Experience: Previous reset or POG experience is mandatory.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel, and reach shelves.
- Tech Requirements: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser app installed.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Punctuality is critical - you must arrive at the store at least 15 minutes early.
- Must print out the Satisfaction Survey.
- Fast Pay:
Processed within 6 days via Open Force. - Support:
Training is available 7 days a week. - This is a good opportunity for experienced merchandisers who can handle morning/afternoon shifts and physically demanding tasks. Since the work is independent contractor-based.
