Job Description
In the Site Merchandising Coordinator role, you will work closely with a passionate and collaborative Ecommerce team. The Site Merchandising Coordinator will support and coordinate for the Site Merchants in specific merchandise categories. We aim for operational excellence by leveraging data and customer insights to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Implement integration and merchandising of key product areas throughout the website
- Perform daily/weekly site testing to ensure correct presentation and product data integrity
- Ensure accurate setup of products for key areas
- Partner with Inventory and Omni Merchants to execute seasonal deliverables
- Maintain pre-season deliverable tracking and coordinate cross-functional inputs
- Build seasonal product roadmaps following category best practices
- BA/BS preferred
- Previous merchandising experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Advanced Excel skills; VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, and Adobe knowledge
- Strong affinity for Pottery Barn products and brand
- Data management, product information management, and retail analysis experience preferred
- Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco office
