We are seeking dynamic Part‑Time Sales Associates to support our HYOU boutique launching in San Francisco, February 2026. The ideal candidate excels at creating positive, lasting customer interactions, building brand loyalty, and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting sales initiatives and driving customer satisfaction.
- Enhancing team and customer engagement and maintaining visual/operational standards.
- Contributing to overall store success; may include opening, closing, and keyholder duties.
Employees will also support other brands within the Leap platform during new store openings, activations, and coverage needs. Familiarity with retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage.
Position Qualifications- Minimum Age: 18 years or older.
- Experience: Background in retail, luxury retail, or high‑touch client‑facing roles, demonstrating premium customer service and brand representation.
- Availability: Flexible to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
$21 to $23 per hour, determined by experience and qualifications.

Convert rates, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), and repeat clients. - Customer Retention:
Deliver personalized experiences and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS). - Task Management:
Complete tasks accurately and on time.
