Retail Key Holder, San Francisco Geary

Bev Mo! by Gopuff is seeking a Part Time Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management. A Key Holder will assist the store during high volume periods and support new employees, providing excellent customer service while driving sales.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of the products and services.
• Arrive early to open the store and leave late to close the store.
• Assist the store during high volume periods and support new employees.
• Know in-house products to recommend to customers.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and identifying discrepancies.
• Process cash transactions accurately, including opening/closing tills, counting cash, and preparing deposits.
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Follow proper age verification policies.
• Ensure all prices and quantities are accurate and provide receipts.
• Handle refunds and exchanges.
• Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, including conducting bag checks and adhering to security procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, and bathrooms.
• Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

• Over 1 year of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule; available during peak hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Compensation varies by location, based on market pricing and a cost of labor index.
• San Francisco, CA Salary Range: USD $18.82 per hour
