Join The Bouqs Company as a Freelance Florist. This role involves creating fresh floral arrangements and hand‑tied bouquets across multiple retail locations.

Locations: Los Angeles, CA | Costa Mesa, CA | San Diego, CA | San Francisco, CA | New York, NY

• Produce fresh floral arrangements and hand‑tied bouquets with skill, speed, and creativity.
• Assist with floral prep, including processing stems, hydrating flowers, trimming, and organizing product.
• Support studio and/or shop operations such as cleaning, stocking, moving boxes, and setting up supplies.
• Help with on‑site event work, including set‑up, breakdown, and floral installations.
• Collaborate with a team to produce beautiful, high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience working with florals, proven design skills, or interest in floral support, prep, and operations.
• Able to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting/moving boxes as needed.
• Act as a team player with a positive attitude and love for flowers.
• Prior floral experience is a plus for prep/assistant roles, but not required.

This job description is tailored for a store‑based role focused on executing Bouqs‑designed floral bouquets and arrangements while maintaining respectful relationships in a partnership space. Duties and responsibilities may change based on store needs and production requirements.
