Join Big Night Entertainment Group as an Assistant Store Manager at Card Vault by Tom Brady in San Francisco. This position is Full‑time with a Mid‑Senior level of responsibility. Compensation is $70,000 – $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations.
• Coach and motivate the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with co‑workers on sales service.
• Deliver on sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Share product expertise and industry trends to meet customer needs.
• Stay aware of all product knowledge and emerging product or trend developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with preferred patrons to sustain patron satisfaction.
• Handle cash: reconciling drawers, processing transactions, and meeting company reopening/closing standards.
• Act as second‑in‑command, filling in for the Store Manager as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of sports and/or trading cards.
• Minimum of two years of management or key‑holder experience in a similar retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to a successful store team.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and guest‑service standards.
• Comfortable working and speaking with the public.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and retail business systems.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock area.
• Clear understanding of retail key performance indicators needed to drive sales.

• Lift or move up to 30 lbs using proper techniques and withstand long hours on your feet in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work non‑typical office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
