As a Style Advisor, you have contagious energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong sense of personal style and an enthusiasm for dressing people. You communicate directly and build relationships with clients.

• Successfully participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop your expertise in alignment with brand expectations
• Enthusiastically present and educate customers around fit, construction, and style of the Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics
• Build relationships to increase client loyalty using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines
• Ensure all store standards and operations meet company standards
• Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Thrives in a team‑based culture
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary Band: $19 – $25 per hour
